My PU leather is peeling, should I replace the backrest?
Yes, if the PU leather is peeling heavily, replacing the entire backrest is the cleanest and most durable solution. It is much easier than trying to reupholster the chair.
How difficult is the installation?
It takes about 10-15 minutes. You simply need to unscrew the side bolts holding your current backrest, remove it, and screw the new backrest in place. We provide a step-by-step video guide.
Does it come with pillows?
The backrest does not include neck or lumbar pillows by default, but it has the standard cutouts at the top to mount standard gaming chair pillows.
What warranty is included?
We offer a full 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including frame breakage and premature foam degradation.
